Q. When can I start my training course?


A. Invariably all courses are available as soon as you have received a payment confirmation via email.
Simply login to access your training. There may be rare occasions when they might be a slight delay,
however if for some reason your course is still not available after 15 minutes simply contact us and
we will look into this for you.

 

Q. How many times can I take each exam?


A. You may attempt each course exam up to three times. If you fail after the third attempt the course
will need to be repurchased. If you had used a coupon or discount code then you will need to
contact the person who issued you your code.

 

Q. What should I do if I'm having difficulty signing in?


In the event that there is a difficulty with your sign in after registration please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email, junk and trash for the registration confirmation details.
  2. Your user name is your email
  3. Your password is the one you registered

If you still have difficulty:

  1. Go to website click 'Sign In', then click 'Forgot Password' and it will be emailed to the email you registered (again make sure you check junk and trash boxes)
  2. If this does not work and you still have a problem - email your query to training@aeropeople.com This will require access to the server to check and amend the registration, check functionality before responding to the email query.

 

Q. What should I do if I've forgotten my Sign In details?


If you have previously registered with Aeropeople Training and are having difficulty this time around send an email to: training@aeropeople.com Once received we will check the database and respond privately and directly to you with your registration details.
